  1. Every top ten list has a huge difference, so it`s better to post the metrics used, since each destination responds to different type of travelers. Of all these islands the largest and most varied in landscape is the Dominican Republic, hard to imagine it placed as #5. Barbados as well could be higher, but again that responds to different types of tourists.
